Thumb Or Finger Sucking In Infants

Thumb sucking is perfectly normal for infants, however most stop by the age of two. Prolonged thumb sucking (beyond age 5 or 6 years) can create crowded, crooked teeth or bite problems. At Galloway Dental Associates we will be glad to suggest ways to address a prolonged thumb-sucking habit.
